All I can say is, "the Cabernet Sauvignon Lavendar Jam/Conserve is the best!!!!"  Husband has been using it like crazy and I'm trying to conserve some of it. (like the name!)...........OH MY GOSH, this is my all time favorite jam ever...........THANK YOU.  Hope you plan on making it this coming year.....has a very distinct flavor...you should enter that into some sort of contest like for Food Network.  The birds were wonderful and very popular. What didn't get consumed right away was fought over for taking home.
